Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end redesign of our current products and creating features from scratch, including the user dashboard and admin panel. You will leverage your exceptional UX and UI skills, along with your proficiency in UX writing, to create designs that are both user-friendly and aligned with our business objectives. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and the Chief Product Officer to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and the CPO to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative data analysis to drive design improvements.
  • Ensure designs are feasible and high-quality by working closely with engineering teams.
  • Maintain and enhance our design systems and guidelines.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically within high-load systems, banking applications, fintech platforms, or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX and UI design skills and processes.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • English B2+

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with high-load systems, banking applications, fintech platforms, or B2B SaaS solutions.
