Your Role and Impact:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead one of our key projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the project, working closely with stakeholders to ensure all objectives are achieved. Your expertise will drive the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project expectations and secure necessary approvals.
• Develop integrated project plans focusing on achieving set goals.
• Manage project scope, cost, timelines, risks, quality, and communication.
• Outline key deliverables and milestones, identifying essential tasks for completion.
• Allocate resources effectively, including tools and team members.
• Establish and implement project goals and strategies.
• Use project management tools for tracking and maintaining project schedules.
• Delegate tasks to ensure optimal team performance and task completion.
• Coordinate team efforts, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Resolve issues promptly, maintaining the project’s momentum.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss project progress and adjustments.
• Oversee quality control to uphold project standards.
• Adapt project plans as needed, ensuring agility and responsiveness.
• Ensure the completion of all project phases and activities.
• Manage the release and reallocation of project resources.
• Archive project documentation for future reference and learning.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in product companies, successfully delivering complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Hands-on experience in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive and flexible mindset.
• Experience in process optimization and change management.
• Ability to motivate, guide, coach, and encourage the engineering team.
• Strong communication skills with the engineering team and senior leadership (CIO, CPO, CEO).
• Proficient in the English language.

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
• Technical or programming background/education.
• Certifications: PMI or equivalent.
• Experience in domains such as Fintech, E-commerce, and Payments.
• Experience with SaaS projects.
