You can expect from us
🌟 Your Focus: With the recent approval of our third licence and the company's evolvement, this role will involve a thorough analysis of the current marketing landscape. You will then lead the development and implementation of a new marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives and capitalises on the new opportunities this growth presents
👩‍💻 Marketing Team: You'll join our global marketing team, currently serving both B2C and B2B segments. In addition, we utilise a mix of in-house expertise and external vendor support for specific marketing initiatives 
🤝 Reporting line: You’ll report directly to our experienced Head of Operations, who brings a wealth of FinTech expertise to PayDo

Your regular tasks

  • Manage the development and execution of marketing strategies for B2B customers, focusing on achieving campaign goals and enhancing brand visibility
  • Lead and motivate the marketing team to ensure seamless collaboration, high productivity, and the successful attainment of departmental goals
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and ROI for various marketing channels to optimise resource allocation and maximise marketing effectiveness
  • Utilise advanced analytics tools to analyse performance data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights for continuous campaign optimisation
  • Produce regular reports on marketing channel efficiency and team performance, demonstrating progress towards strategic targets and demonstrating the impact of marketing activities on business growth
  • Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, database marketing, social media, SEM, and content marketing, with a strong focus on engaging audiences
  • Oversee the creation and publication of high-quality content, such as case studies, white papers, webinars, and industry articles, to establish thought leadership and build brand authority
  • Drive international market expansion initiatives by adapting marketing strategies, refining product messaging, and strengthening brand presence in key markets
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to align marketing initiatives with overarching business objectives and ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, understand customer needs, and inform strategic marketing and product decisions
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of events and conferences, ensuring effective branding, impactful booth presence, and successful lead generation activities
  • Maintain and update departmental resources, including marketing plans, brand guidelines, and competitor analysis reports, to ensure all team members have access to the latest information and best practices

Skills and qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a marketing leadership role (FinTech experience is a must)
  • Experience with B2B and B2C audiences on an international level (low-medium-hight risk industries within B2B)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels (email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, PPC), and marketing analytics
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Experience managing and developing a high-performing marketing team
  • Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of marketing KPIs and ROI measurement
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Advanced level of English proficiency
