Senior UX Designer

We are looking for a seasoned User Product Designer to lead various design initiatives. As a member of the design team, you will be responsible for leading and executing user experience and visual design projects, conducting user research, implementing design thinking methodologies, and creating visually compelling designs to elevate user interactions.

Responsibilities 

• Design simple, intuitive, and delightful experiences for enterprise customers.
• Lead a data-driven approach to design, using various tools to measure user behavior based on product KPIs.
• Quickly and iteratively create wireframes, customer-facing mockups, and high-fidelity detailed designs.
• Develop UX best practices and work processes to leverage across Product and R&D teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to solve customer problems effectively.
• Work directly with customers and partners to gather insights and feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• All-around player - expertise in Human-Computer Interaction, Design Thinking, and Visual Design.
• Proven experience leading full life-cycle design projects, from inception to execution.
• Experience with best practices in User Interface Design, User Research, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.
• Experience with modern enterprise software products is a must; consumer product experience is a plus.
• Experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Pendo/Mixpanel, and other.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams; startup experience is a bonus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
