We are seeking a Senior Frontend engineer to drive the design, development, and implementation of a complex web application that includes a complex workflow system and LLM-driven agent bots.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end development of a feature-rich, data-intensive web application.
You will prototype and iterate quickly while we find our product market fit. Collaborate with product, UX and design teams to create a great user experience and work with backend and AI engineers to design and implement new features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience Ownership: Own all aspects of the customer experience, from the engineering POV: from to application setup, usage, performance, maintenance, quality and user experience
• Architect and Build: Design and develop the core web application that our customers use
• Technical Excellence: Combine technical expertise, best practices, and a commitment to quality to consistently deliver value to our customers
• Continuous Experience Improvement: Analyze user behavior, identify areas of success and challenges, propose and implement improvements, and measure results

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in React, including its core principles such as hooks, state management, and component-based architecture
• Experience with and strong knowledge of TypeScript
• Expertise in Complex Web Applications: Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale React-based web applications
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, or styled-components
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite), and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques and code quality tools such as ESLint and Prettier
• Outstanding User Experience: Demonstrated ability and passion for creating applications with cutting-edge UI and exceptional user experiences
