Position Overview
We are looking for a Security & Identity Research Analyst to create and deliver impactful, client-specific risk evaluation and status reports. This role will bridge our research and sales teams, providing expert analysis, insightful findings, and responsive client communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret raw and enriched data from applications such as Microsoft 365, Okta, AWS, Google Workspace, Workday, and Salesforce.
• Create comprehensive, business-relevant reports focusing on risk evaluation, cost reduction opportunities, and efficiency improvements tailored to individual client contexts and requirements.
• Actively participate in client calls to present findings, address feedback, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the research team to translate complex insights into actionable information for the Sales team, enabling rapid expert responses to client needs.
• Continuously improve reporting methodologies to ensure clarity, relevance, and actionable intelligence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in cybersecurity and/or identity management, including familiarity with key identity and security platforms (e.g., MS365, Okta, AWS, Google Workspace, Workday, Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data sets using tools such as Jupyter notebooks, SQL, Athena, and similar technologies to deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; able to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience creating insightful, high-quality client-facing reports.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
