We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate IAM Expert to join our stealth-mode startup and play a critical role in shaping the future of cybersecurity. As a core member of our team, you will be instrumental in designing and developing a groundbreaking AI-native platform that will revolutionize how organizations address critical security challenges. Key Responsibilities

• Product Design & Development: Collaborate closely with our research and product teams to ensure our platform aligns with industry best practices, standards, and the real-world needs of security professionals in large enterprises
• Workflow Configuration: Define and configure out-of-the-box workflows, playbooks, and processes that address common security challenges and streamline operations for our clients
• Risk Management & Prioritization: Develop and implement risk assessment methodologies and prioritization mechanisms within the platform to enable clients to effectively identify and address critical threats
• Content Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for all things IAM, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and clients alike
• Client Engagement: Gather feedback from clients, conduct workshops, and engage directly with client security teams to understand their specific requirements and ensure our platform delivers maximum value
• Market Research & Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the cybersecurity landscape to inform product development and ensure our platform remains cutting-edge

Required Skills & Experience

• Extended years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a proven track record of success in large, multinational corporations
• Deep understanding of IAM principles, methodologies, and best practices, including identity governance and administration (IGA), privileged access management (PAM), and access certification
• Extensive knowledge of IAM technologies, including directory services, identity providers, access management solutions, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing IAM workflows, playbooks, and processes
• Strong understanding of security risks and vulnerabilities, and experience in developing and implementing mitigation strategies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to evolving priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are a plus
