Senior Manager, Virtual Experiences

Remotely in the USA

About Parloa

Parloa’s mission is to make every customer conversation feel effortless for both customers and the companies serving them. As agentic AI accelerates, Parloans are shaping the foundation of a new era in customer experience — one where customer support is no longer transactions, but meaningful exchanges. It is not just a vision; Parloa has powered over ONE BILLION interactions between global enterprise brands and their customers, with companies like Booking.com, Allianz, SAP, BarmeniaGothaer and TUI already deploying Parloa at scale.

About the Role:

As a Senior Manager, Virtual Experiences at Parloa, you will own and evolve our virtual experiences strategy, building digital programs that strengthen market presence, engage enterprise audiences, and support pipeline growth.

In this senior individual contributor role, you will lead the strategy and execution of Parloa’s virtual events ecosystem, including webinars, digital product launches, customer education sessions, and larger-scale virtual programs. You will partner closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Sales, Customer teams, and Marketing Operations to create virtual experiences that are relevant, well-executed, and measurable.

This is an opportunity to shape how Parloa shows up digitally in the market — building experiences that support awareness, education, engagement, and revenue impact across regions.

Areas of Ownership:

  • Own Parloa’s virtual experiences strategy across webinars, digital events, product launch programs, and scalable virtual audience engagement initiatives
  • Develop and execute virtual programs end to end, from concept development and planning through promotion, production, delivery, and post-event analysis
  • Design virtual experiences that go beyond standard webinars and create more engaging, audience-relevant formats for enterprise buyers and customers
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Sales, Customer teams, and Marketing Operations to align event topics, messaging, audience targeting, and follow-up strategy
  • Build repeatable virtual programs that support market education, customer engagement, product awareness, and pipeline creation
  • Own program measurement and performance reporting, evaluating engagement, pipeline influence, attendance quality, and broader business impact
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve event strategy, content structure, audience experience, and operational execution
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders, speakers, and production workflows across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Help define best practices for virtual programming and contribute to a more scalable digital events engine as the business grows

Who You Are:

  • You bring 7+ years or equivalent experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, field marketing, virtual events, or related disciplines within enterprise SaaS or a similarly complex B2B environment
  • You have hands-on experience owning virtual events or digital programs end to end, including strategy, planning, production, promotion, execution, and performance analysis
  • You understand how to build programs for enterprise audiences and are comfortable operating in environments with complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups
  • You have a strong strategic mindset but are equally comfortable executing independently and driving work forward in a hands-on way
  • You bring strong project management and prioritization skills and can bring structure to cross-functional programs with many moving parts
  • You are comfortable influencing stakeholders without direct authority and partnering across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer-facing teams
  • You are data-driven and know how to assess success using program performance, engagement quality, pipeline impact, and business outcomes
  • You communicate clearly, work well across functions, and take ownership of outcomes

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in global or multi-region organizations
  • Experience with webinar, virtual event, or digital experience platforms
  • Experience building customer education, product launch, or demand-generation event programs in fast-growing SaaS environments
  • Experience working in AI, CX, enterprise software, or other highly technical B2B categories

Why Parloa?

We’re at the beginning of a new era in customer experience, one where AI doesn’t just respond, but understands, reasons, and takes action. We’re building agentic AI that enterprises trust with their most important customer moments: complex questions, high volumes, real stakes. When millions of people reach out to a brand, those interactions aren’t just support tickets; they’re defining experiences. We’re here to raise the standard: making every conversation seamless, intelligent, and genuinely helpful. If you care about shaping how businesses and customers connect at scale—and want your work to matter in real, everyday moments—this is where you do it.

At Parloa, ownership isn’t a buzzword; it means being accountable for outcomes, not just tasks. We operate in a category that’s evolving fast, where the bar is high, and the problems are complex. We hire people who think in solutions, communicate with clarity, and follow through. People who are comfortable making decisions, taking responsibility, and raising the standard for themselves and those around them.

We’ve grown beyond the earliest startup phase, but we’ve kept the intensity: fast execution, direct feedback, and a strong expectation to contribute meaningfully from day one.

Backed by leading global investors like General Catalyst, EQT Ventures, and Altimeter Capital, we’re scaling with a clear ambition: to become the global category leader in enterprise-grade conversational AI.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
