Senior Product Designer - AI Agent Setup (f/m/d)*
YOUR MISSION:
We're on a mission to make creating and managing AI voice agents as easy as hiring and onboarding a human. Today, this experience is tailored for highly technical users. Tomorrow, we envision a system intuitive enough for anyone to design, launch, and iterate on powerful voice agents with minimal effort.
As our Senior Product Designer, you'll be part of designing the foundation for this transformation. You'll be responsible for creating a scalable, user-friendly, and intelligent setup experience, evolving it from a complex expert interface into an accessible and delightful tool for everyone.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Design for complexity, simplify for scale: Lead the design of interfaces that serve today’s expert users, while laying the groundwork for a future where anyone can create an AI agent.
- Drive end-to-end product design: From research and ideation to wireframes, flows, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and validation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to align on user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Balance technical depth with usability: Translate technical AI concepts into intuitive interaction models and visualizations.
- Champion UX strategy: Drive user research efforts, synthesize findings, and contribute to our long-term vision for agent creation and configuration.
- Prototype future thinking: Explore speculative UX for the long-term vision of "briefing" an AI agent like you would a human teammate.

React/Redux, TypeScript, NodeJS, Inversify, NestJS, Lerna, Koa, Jest, Kubernetes, Docker, MongoDB, Redis
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience: 6+ years of experience designing digital products, including 3+ years working on expert tools, complex systems, or technical platforms (e.g., devtools, AI/ML platforms, enterprise SaaS). Proven track record of designing elegant, scalable solutions for power users while also making them approachable for non-experts over time.
- Systems Thinker: Comfortable working on multi-layered systems with multiple user roles, configuration states, and dynamic inputs. Able to zoom between high-level flows and detailed edge cases.
- Design Mastery: Strong interaction and visual design skills. Adept at creating clear information hierarchies and intuitive flows for highly complex domains. Proficient in Figma with a deep understanding of components, prototyping, and collaboration workflows.
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable working alongside engineers and product managers in technical environments. Basic understanding of how AI systems, APIs, or scripting languages operate is a plus.
- Research-Driven: Experience conducting or contributing to user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions.
- Education: Degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Communication and Influence: Strong communicator with experience presenting design rationale and influencing stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership.
- Adaptability and Initiative: Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. Self-directed and proactive in driving discovery and delivery processes forward.
- Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English (native or bilingual level).
NICE TO HAVE:
- Background or interest in conversational interfaces, AI/ML, or automation tooling.
- Experience designing configuration tools, scripting interfaces, or workflow builders.
- Knowledge of voice technologies or telephony ecosystems.
- Experience working on design systems in a scaling team.
