Executive Assistant to the CRO
YOUR MISSION:
As the Executive Assistant to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will serve as a trusted strategic partner ensuring seamless operations, high-impact time management, and proactive support. With four years of experience under your belt, you're not just keeping things on track you’re anticipating needs, leading the coordination of cross-functional workshops, and helping drive efficiency at the leadership level.You’ll be embedded in the rhythm of our Revenue organization, managing a fast-moving calendar, owning logistics end-to-end, and helping the CRO focus on what matters most: strategic growth, partner relationships, and team leadership.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Own the CRO’s Calendar: Manage complex, high-volume scheduling across global time zones with precision and foresight, balancing external meetings, internal priorities, and team alignment.
- Coordinate Workshops & Offsites: Lead the planning and execution of team workshops, leadership sessions, and revenue-related events handling everything from agenda creation to follow-ups.
- Enable Focused Leadership: Ensure the CRO is prepped and prioritized for key meetings, tracking action items, and enabling high-leverage decision-making.
- Manage Travel & Logistics: Arrange detailed travel itineraries and coordinate logistics for conferences, customer meetings, and leadership events.
- Streamline Communication: Help manage and triage inboxes, Slack, and internal comms to keep information flowing efficiently and on time.
- Handle Admin & Expense Tasks: Take care of expense reports, vendor coordination, and other operational tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
- Act as a Gatekeeper & Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between the CRO and key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Proven Experience: 4+ years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-responsibility support role ideally in a fast-paced, growth-stage or SaaS environment.
- Workshop + Event Management: Hands-on experience running leadership workshops, quarterly planning sessions, or team offsites, with the ability to drive logistics and content coordination.
- Calendar Ninja: Mastery of calendar and time management, especially for executives with competing global priorities.
- Strong Communication & Discretion: You write clearly, speak confidently, and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
- Tech-Savvy & Organized: You’re fluent in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Zoom and you love building systems that make life easier.
- Proactive & People Smart: You anticipate needs before they arise, stay two steps ahead, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same.

Salary Range
$90,000 - $120,000 USD
