Business Development Manager (Payments & Market Entry)

We are looking for high-energy, goal-oriented Business Development Managers to drive payments and market entry across MENA & GCC. This is a remote role but requires extensive travel and hands-on involvement on the ground to open new markets, build payment flows, and establish local networks.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Identify and open new countries for operations quickly;
- Build, implement, and optimize payment solutions locally (banks, PSPs, local processors, agents, etc.);
- Travel extensively (~80%) and be ready to deploy on short notice;
- Forge strong relationships with local partners, fixers, and payment stakeholders;
- Negotiate deals, test setups, and ensure operational payment flows;
- Deliver working solutions that enable market launch;
- Monitor regulatory, banking, and risk developments and act proactively;
- Work closely with internal Ops, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure solutions scale efficiently;
- Maintain high resourcefulness: always have Plan B (and C);
- Prioritize high-impact activities and move fast in chaotic environments.
Essential professional experience:
- Strong background in payments, fintech, or iGaming;
- Established network across PSPs, acquirers, or local agents;
- Experience operating safely and smartly;
- Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to emerging markets are a plus;
- Fluent in Ukrainian/Russian language;
- Proven track record in business development, deal-making, and market entry;
- Ability to establish local networks quickly (within a week).
