DevOps Specialist (E-commerce, Marketplace)

We are looking for a DevOps Specialist (E-commerce, Marketplace) to join our team. 

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS);
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable releases;
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform uptime and performance. (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry);
• Optimize costs and performance of infrastructure across environments;
• Automate infrastructure provisioning (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi;
• Implement GitOps workflows and continuous delivery using tools like FluxCD and ArgoCD;
• Ensure security best practices across environments, including DDoS prevention and secure payment flows;
• Collaborate with developers and QA to support deployments, debugging, and environment stability;
• Drive improvements in release processes, uptime, and overall DevOps culture within the team;
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies;
• Support backlog grooming and ensure requirements are clearly documented and actionable.

Essential professional experience:

• 3–5+ years of experience as a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer;
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS);
• Solid background in CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.);
• Strong knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry);
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Pulumi​​);
• Familiarity with security practices for marketplaces/e-commerce platforms;
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar);
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a distributed team.
