We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join our team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Define and execute the company’s global vision — transforming bold ideas into tangible growth strategies;
- Lead cross-market expansion across Tier 1 (EU, UK, MGA) and emerging (Asia, LatAm, Curacao, Africa) licensed markets;
- Oversee full P&L responsibility, capital allocation, and long-term business sustainability;
- Champion a crypto-native approach to casino operations: including blockchain integrations, tokenized reward systems, DeFi payment flows, and on-chain transparency;
- Build and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary executive teams across Product, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Tech;
- Foster a high-speed, zero-bureaucracy culture that enables innovation and rapid delivery across all verticals;
- Identify and pursue M&A, partnership, and joint venture opportunities aligned with strategic growth targets;
- Ensure full regulatory compliance across diverse markets while pushing the envelope on product innovation;
- Serve as the public and private face of the business — leading investor relations, board communication, government/regulatory dialogue, and key partnerships;
- Champion data-led decision-making, scalability, and automation across all functions.
Essential professional experience:
- Minimum 10 years of executive leadership in iGaming, with at least 5 years as CEO, MD, or equivalent P&L leader in a top-tier online casino or sportsbook;
- Proven success managing global operations — including experience in Asia, Europe, and LatAm markets;
- Deep understanding of crypto ecosystems, digital payments, blockchain-based casinos, and next-gen gaming platforms;
- Track record of leading hyper-growth companies, including launching into new regulated and gray markets;
- Experience managing teams of 200+ employees across remote, cross-functional setups;
- Familiarity with license acquisition, compliance enforcement, AML/KYC, and multi-jurisdiction regulation;
- Exceptional communicator, strategist, and operator — equally at ease with board members, regulators, and product squads;
- Obsessed with executional excellence, operational leverage, and building defensible market positions.
- Experience in Web3 gaming, NFTs, or crypto-native entertainment platforms;
- Fluency in Russian or other relevant languages for key operating markets;
- Background in M&A, venture funding, or large-scale investor relations.
