We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Own and evolve the company’s operating model across all business functions;
  • Build and scale teams in Legal, Finance, Compliance, People Ops, Risk, and Product Delivery;
  • Ensure operational compliance across key licensing jurisdictions (EU, MGA, UKGC, Curacao, etc.);
  • Oversee payments, risk frameworks, AML/KYC protocols, and PSP integrations;
  • Drive financial performance, cost control, forecasting, and resource planning in collaboration with the CFO;
  • Introduce automation and reporting tools to improve speed and accuracy across departments;
  • Implement clear governance and internal policies while maintaining operational flexibility;
  • Represent the business in front of regulators, partners, financial institutions, and payment providers;
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all operational areas;
  • Identify and fix inefficiencies without delay.

Essential professional experience:

  • Based in Cyprus or open to immediate relocation (package provided);
  • Minimum 5 years in an executive-level role within iGaming or a regulated tech business;
  • Direct experience in licensing, compliance, payments, AML/KYC, and back-office optimization;
  • Proven track record of scaling teams and building operational frameworks from the ground up;
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments, risk, and business continuity;
  • Comfortable working at speed, managing complexity, and delivering under pressure;
  • Clear communicator, strong decision-maker, and reliable business partner at C-level.
