We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Own and manage core C&B processes, including Annual Salary Review, benchmarking, pay cost analysis, job evaluation, and incentive administration;
• Conduct compensation data modeling, budgeting, and analysis in close collaboration with Finance;
• Assess the effectiveness of C&B programs and translate insights into clear reports and dashboards for key stakeholders;
• Monitor regional trends and the vendor landscape to identify opportunities for program improvement or scaling;
• Lead or support Total Rewards projects, including policy updates, process enhancements, and the development of new frameworks;
• Partner with managers and People Partners on job analysis, grading, and salary range design.

Essential professional experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
• 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in an international environment;
• Strong analytical and data modeling skills; advanced proficiency in Excel is a must;
• Familiarity with HiBob, especially in Compensation modules; experience in configuration is a plus;
• Working knowledge of compensation benchmarking tools such as KF, Mercer, WTW or similar;
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management;
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights;
• High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
