We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Define and lead the global marketing strategy across acquisition, retention, brand, CRM, SEO, content, and partnerships;
• Scale multi-channel user acquisition efforts (including PPC, affiliate, programmatic, social) with strong ROI focus;
• Oversee regional go-to-market strategy, especially for **Asia and crypto-forward markets**;
• Adapt messaging and campaigns for multilingual, multicultural audiences with localization precision;
• Lead marketing automation, funnel optimization, and data-driven experimentation;
• Manage and grow distributed internal teams and external agency/partner relationships;
• Ensure marketing compliance across multiple jurisdictions and platforms (especially for crypto transactions and promotions);
• Collaborate with Product and BI teams to optimize the full player lifecycle;
• Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies in real time.

Essential professional experience:

• 8+ years of marketing leadership in iGaming, fintech, or digital B2C sectors;
• Strong experience in **crypto marketing**, token-based promotions, and blockchain-integrated iGaming ecosystems;
• In-depth understanding of how **crypto wallets, transactions, and DeFi tools** influence iGaming UX, acquisition, and retention;
• Track record of building high-performing marketing teams across regions;
• Direct experience entering and scaling brands in **Asia** (SEA, East Asia preferred);
• Excellent knowledge of performance marketing, affiliate ecosystems, and CRM lifecycle tactics;
• Fluent in **English and Russian**; additional Asian languages a plus;
• Hands-on with MarTech stacks, analytics tools, and A/B testing platforms;
• Deep awareness of regulatory frameworks, ad platform restrictions, and market-specific marketing constraints.
