About The Role

We are in search of a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our Risk & Compliance team at PagoNxt Payments. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes comply with all regulatory standards, thereby achieving the best possible outcomes for our customers.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify, oversee, and provide advisory on regulatory compliance, conduct, and culture risks across PagoNxt Payments’ entities.
  • Scanning the horizon for the upcoming relevant regulations, while collaborating across multiple teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Assist in escalating regulatory issues and compliance matters to senior leadership.
  • Handle the preparation and review of external communications with regulators.
  • Facilitate risk and compliance forums, ensuring effective discussions, capturing key actions, and driving their successful execution to support regulatory compliance objectives.

 

What You’ll Need

  • A degree in fields such as Business Administration, Law, and Science.
  • 4+ years of experience in roles related to regulatory affairs, risk management, or compliance.
  • 2+ experience in the payments industry.
  • Ability to adapt and manage other areas within the Risk & Compliance function, such as financial risk or non-financial risks, if necessary.
  • solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
