  • We are looking for a strategic and business-focused Global HRBP to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing expertise in People Management while supporting business priorities and cultural transformation within a global, high-growth technology environment.  

    Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership:

  - Serve as the primary point of contact for leaders and managers in technology areas, providing guidance and support on all people-related matters.  

- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, guiding People Management decisions while ensuring alignment with business strategies and HR policies.

 - Influence business strategies by leveraging data and insights related to human capital.  

- Ensure HR initiatives align with the strategic goals and priorities of the technology function and the broader organization.

Talent Management:

 - Identify critical skills gaps and develop, together with the specific COEs, strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.  

- Support career planning and succession processes.

- Support the development of senior leadership by adopting a coaching approach to enhance their skills and leadership practices.

- Ensure participation and alignment in training and upskilling programs specific to the tech workforce.

Culture and Engagement 

   - Promote a culture of high performance, agile, innovation, and adaptability within technology teams.  

   - Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, particularly for technology roles.  

   - Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and well-being.

   - Be an ambassador and role model for the organization’s culture, driving alignment and engagement across all levels. 

Change Management

   - Support and lead organizational transformation processes and the introduction of new technologies, ensuring teams are prepared and engaged for change.  

   - Create communication strategies aligned with corporate values to facilitate change initiatives effectively.

- Facilitate collaboration between HR specialist teams and business units, ensuring effective delivery of HR solutions.  

Data-Driven Decision Making

   - Use data and metrics to inform strategies and measure the impact of HR initiatives, such as turnover, employee engagement, performance, and diversity metrics within technology units.  

   - Collaborate on defining actionable solutions to improve people-related KPIs

Employee Relations Management

   - Act proactively in resolving conflicts and addressing employee relations issues in a strategic manner.  

   - Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies relevant

 

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate qualifications are a plus.  

- Solid experience in HR Business Partner roles preferably within technology-driven industries or agile environments.  

- In-depth understanding of the dynamics in technology environments and expertise in managing technical teams.  

- Expertise in navigating cultural differences in LATAM and global regions.

- Strong communication, mediation, and negotiation skills.  

- Experience with change management and organizational transformation processes.  

- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with KPIs and generate actionable insights.  

- Fluency in English (required).

- Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
