WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGE?

As Product Manager, you will be reporting to the Product team in the HQ, in close cooperation with Getnet local teams, you will be responsible of leading the strategy of core products inside getnet related to ecommerce and in-store leading not only in the ideation of new products but also the implementation, delivery and go to market.

You will be working on the Payments Core Team, joining a dynamic team of Product Managers members that deliver everything from large-scale technology solutions to small optimizations. The team is responsible for developing product roadmaps and engaging in backlog grooming to ensure successful delivery of new products and features. In this role you must be able to recognize key dependencies across different teams in order to coordinate a successful product launch..

The person who holds the position of Product Manager will be responsible for:

  • Help building Core eCommerce/In-store product functionality and roadmap, ongoing partner management at a senior level, owning the customer experience; articulating the value proposition; demonstrating significant industry experience and driving the creation of sales enablement tools to ensure the product suite meets its revenue goals.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end life cycle management of our core card present offer
  • Collaborate with key business partners and subject matter experts to translate business opportunities into strategic product requirements and an execution plan.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs on a global ways and help unifying product vision across countries sharing best practices
  • Manage product development lifecycle – Work with the product owners and stakeholders to define the problem in discovery, draft detailed requirements (BRD) together with acquirer needs and competitive benchmark, participate in the scrum ceremonies, UAT plans, and support continuous releases.
  • Defines minimum viable product and prioritizes requirements balancing trade-offs between time, effort, investment, and value dimensions.
  • Build Business case per product and product increment.
  • Control P&L per product and budget as well (understanding cost deviations, increase efficiency in cost allocation, adjust pricing strategy, etc)
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that we are executing against our roadmap.
  • Negotiate with payment providers, plug-ins and third party vendors.
  • Manage third party solutions and partners where applicable to ensure performance expectations are met and accelerate go to market release.
  • Monitor and analyze those KPIs and success metrics to determine how well the product is performing in the market, how it impacts company operations, and ultimately, how it contributes to the P&L. And use this information to identify opportunities for product improvements and optimizations
  • Generate research, explore innovation, participate in forums and events cultivating networking in order to detect market trends and opportunities.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.

AND FOR THIS YOU NEED:

  • Experience working in Payment Industry focus on Gateways, PISPs and ecommerce solutions
  • Experience working on omnichannel platforms.
  • Experience in global business deal negotiation, budget allocation control, and deep level understanding of payment ecosystem with high knowledge specially on card-not-present.
  • Experience leading deliveries teams and making trade-off with key stakeholders.
  • Experience with leading expansion programs, product release and new market introductions
  • Product Manager with direct product ownership in Agile environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on-time and within budget.
  • Experience working directly with internal and external engineering teams with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and influencing skills.
  • Experience working with 3rd Party solutions and external vendors.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience in product management in the global payments industry.
  • Experience building and launching solutions into multiple markets.
  • Payment gateways, transaction flows, Payment SDKs, PISPs, Plug-ins, acquirer set-up and Certification Process from the business and technical sides.
  • Superior organizational skills balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests.
  • Customer focused & business oriented.
  • Processes and business flows.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
  • Language skills – High level of English and Spanish
