Key Responsabilities:

  • Management of the initiatives related to optimize and boost Org structures , positions and Headcount sizing
  • Handle/ Update Org charts and positions Database with HR
  • Ongoing improvement analyisis and projects for optimizing the structure
  • Align structure and roles with Strategy
  • Analyze Area needs/ requests

 

Key Requirements:

  • More than 6/7 years of relevant experience
  • Economics, Business Administration degree, engineering or similar
  • Processes knowledge Languages: Spanish (fluent), English (fluent) Analytical skills
