THE ROLE:
The PMO Analyst will play a crucial role in providing administrative, operational and co-ordination support to the Project Management teams. The role will ensure that existing and new demand are executed against the requirements, within scope, within budget, within risk tolerances and all aligned within the governance and control frameworks and methodologies. Your expertise will help ensure project quality along with timely and budget compliant deliveries and achievement of business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement efficient ways of working to frameworks and best practices to increase delivery quality
- Manage project information including project plans, RAID logs and change controls
- Reporting of projects to senior management highlighting key risks, points for attention and preparation readiness for relevant stage gates
- Ensure compliance to frameworks and processes ensuring all artefacts are of expected level of quality
- Provide accurate reporting and to challenge RAG status reports
- Facilitate the required Change governance ensuring the capture and management of actions, minutes, risks and any other associated outcomes/deliverables
- Identify and ensure the required areas are engaged and actively participate to ensure the best outcomes
- Produce and baseline summary plans on a page (POAP) as well as micro-level plans to ensure the project milestones and deliverables are achieved and on time
- Document requirements ensuring the quality and expected outcomes are concise and clear
- Ensure the architecture and technology solutions are designed and approved by all necessary parties
- Deliver effective communication and testing strategies including IT and Business readiness plans and requirements are defined, approved and achieved
- Produce and baseline the financial business case and continue monitoring to ensure the expected outcomes are delivered
- Document, approve, track and deliver against project gateway entry/exit criteria as well as Critical Success Factors (CSF’s)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or demonstrable equivalent work experience
- Financial Services experience in Payments is desirable but not essential
