YOUR IMPACT

As Strategy Associate, your responsibilities will include:

    • Work closely with leadership to define our business strategy and identify growth opportunities.
    • Understand how our competitors are evolving and benchmark new potential initiatives on payments landscape.
    • Support to leadership in preparing executive materials to support our strategy

 

WHO YOU ARE

    • 4+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking or strategy function in a large corporate.
    • Business Administration or Engineering background, MBA from top tier school is a plus.
    • Experience working in international environments, leading cross-country projects where stakeholders are disperse across different geographies.
    • Having a good understanding on the fintech (payments) landscape and able to identify opportunities for growth/partner.
    • Ability to work and communicate with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams, including product management, marketing, legal and compliance, operations, as well as partners.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, self-starter and able to work independently.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
    • Sense of urgency, ability to prioritize
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
    • Excellence in Powerpoint and Excel skills.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.
