📌 What you’ll do
As a SRE engineer, the candidate will be focused on ensuring stability, performance, and scalability of the platform deployed in AWS Public cloud, and will support production incidents.
✅ What we’re looking for
• Ensure platform availability and reliability through process automation and monitoring.
• Operate, maintain, and develop solutions in our monitoring and alerting tools: Dynatrace, ELK, PagerDuty. Monitoring as code.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Provide quick response, troubleshooting and resolution of production incidents operating in any piece of the environment.
• Collaborate with platform and engineering teams in the definition of resilient and scalable solutions.
• Define and develop SLI’s & SLO’s to monitor trends, collaborate with engineering teams to ensure observability, traceability, and resilience of the services.
• Develop tools to speed response time or minimize outages during incidents.
• Collaborate with platform and engineering teams in post incident activities.
âś…Key Requirements
- 3 years in SRE or similar
- Demonstrable experience as SRE, DevOps, or similar in production environments
- Advance Knowledge in Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Databases, Messaging/streaming services, AWS services.
- Knowledge and experience in Terraform, Helm, or similar.
- High resolution capacity focused in service stability and business operations.
- English and Spanish required

• Availability to be involved in an on-call 24x7 rotation for 1-2 weeks a month
• Proactive, with a team collaboration approach.
