Key Responsabilities

As a Functional Lead within the FX & Solutions (DCC & ATM) squad, the candidate will define and drive functional solutions, contribute to product and backlog activities, and promote AI-enabled, agile ways of working while ensuring alignment across teams

1. Lead the functional design and delivery of DCC and ATM solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
2. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user flows, and actionable backlog items.
3. Contribute to backlog definition, refinement, and prioritization, supporting product-related decision making.
4. Collaborate closely with technical leadership to ensure feasibility and consistency of solutions.
5. Leverage AI tools to design mock-ups, support documentation, and improve planning and team productivity.
6. Identify and implement improvements to enhance team agility, coordination, and delivery efficiency.
7. Define, formalize, and share best practices from the squad to be adopted across other FX & Solutions squads.
8. Ensure alignment and coordination with other squads, managing dependencies and promoting consistency.

Key Requiements

8+ years in functional analysis, product-related roles, or solution design within financial services or payments (embedded FX)

Superior graduation

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Technical Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of FX solutions, ideally including embedded FX.
2. Experience in functional design, requirements definition, and working in agile/product-based environments.
3. Practical experience using AI tools for mock-ups, documentation, and workflow optimization.
4. Ability to contribute to backlog management and product-related activities.
5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
