Key Responsabilities

Lead the FX & Solutions data and BI strategy while driving the design and implementation of intelligent operational agents, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency

1. Define and evolve the FX & Solutions data & BI roadmap, ensuring alignment with product priorities and Group data strategy.
2. Act as the single IT point of contact for data, BI, and analytics topics (KPIs, metrics, reporting, self-service BI).
3. Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability across key domains (volumes, P&L, pricing, payments, operations, CLM, ATM, etc.).
4. Consolidate and rationalize management and operational reporting into a unified BI environment, decommissioning legacy solutions.
5. Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for automation with AI and intelligent agents (e.g., reconciliation, monitoring, routing).
6. Define and evolve the target architecture to support the development, orchestration, and monitoring of intelligent agents with AI.
7. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of operational agents, ensuring robustness, scalability, and proper controls.

8. Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, driving adoption and translating data and automation initiatives into business impact.

Key Requiements

10+ years of experience in financial services (FX, payments, trading, treasury, or similar), with a strong background in data, BI, or analytics initiatives.

Superior graduation

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Technical Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of data modelling, KPI frameworks, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, Dataiku or similar).
2. Experience leading data/BI/analytics initiatives in cross-functional environments (business, data, engineering).
3. Understanding of automation and AI/ML concepts applied to operational processes (e.g., reconciliation, monitoring, routing).
4. Familiarity with SQL and analytics environments (e.g., Python, R, Databricks, Dataiku).
