📌 What you’ll do

We are looking fot an Implementation Lead to join our development team. Coordinates the technical design and governance of Payments Hub integrations for new clients, defining a methodology to ensure a scalable, industrialized and controlled adoption model in complex banking environments.

 

✅ What we’re looking for

• Identify integration and parametrization patterns 
• Coordinate integration with client core systems. 
• Define integration testing technical criteria. 
• Lead the technical GAP analysis. 
• Act as senior technical counterpart for CTO, CISO and client architects. 
• Contribute to integration industrialization (playbooks, standards, artifacts).
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture.

 

✅What can earn you extra points

• Proven experience in core banking or financial services environments. Experience in Payments will be a plus. 
• Experience in mission-critical multi-system environments. 
• Strong senior-level technical stakeholder management. 
• Experience defining testing frameworks and technical industrialization. 
• Fluent English.
