KEY RESPONSABILITIES

 

  • Define and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Payments Hub Platform for the Open Market in Mexico, in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships teams.

  • Design and execute a Sales Plan for Payments Hub (A2A platform) and Card issuance processing platform. Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients across Mexico using a hunter sales approach targetting financial institutions, challenger banks, building societies and neobanks.

  • Sell complex SaaS payment solutions including payments hub, payment orchestration, and card issuance processing platforms to regulated and non-regulated clients. Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and handover to delivery teams.

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets and strategic growth objectives.

  • Develop strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders (CEO, CRO, CFO, CTO, Head of Payments, Product leaders).

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in the European payments landscape to inform sales and GTM decisions. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across Mexico.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in SaaS and/or payments technology.

  • Proven hunter profile with a strong track record of closing new logos Demonstrated experience selling complex, enterprise-grade payment solutions (payments hub, orchestration, card issuing, processing platforms).

  • Bachelor´s degree in Bus Admin, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or postgraduate education is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem: acquiring, issuing, card schemes, gateways, orc
