📌  Key responsibilities

• Contribute to shape and execute the organization´s strategic direction

✅  Key activities

• Strategic analysis and problem solving: breakdown business problems into structure analyses, assess growth opportunities, evaluate strategic options, define frameworks and scenarios, translate complex data into clear insights for decision-making, etc. - 

• Market and customer insights: understand how our competitors are evolving, benchmark new potential initiatives on payments landscape. research payments needs and behaviours, monitor macroeconomic trends, , etc. - 

• Data analysis: collect and analyze payments performance metrics, trends and drivers, support forecasting and long-range planning, track progress of strategic initiatives, etc. - 

• Strategy development & planning: help define strategic priorities, contribute to strategic roadmaps and execution plans, support annual strategy cycles and executive offsites, etc. - 

• Stakeholder and executive support: work closely with leadership to prepare executive-level materials, synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights, coordinate with corss-functional teams (finance, product, tech, etc.
