As a Level 1 Support Shift Leader, you will manage a team of L1 Support Technicians, working flexible hours necessary to meet the current and future needs of the business, including covering on an “on-call” basis where required.
📌 What you’ll do
- To ensure continual development of personnel and continuous improvement in the overall support service, identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations to L1 Manager where appropriate.
- To provide advice, support & training to IT Support N1 Technicians as and when appropriate.
- To focus on the quality-of-service delivery, including proactive communication with colleagues and customers, taking ownership of reported issues until fully resolved or acceptable and agreed workarounds are provided.
- To monitor system performance, and IT support staff performance and work with the team to continually improve service delivery.
- To assign duties to specific employees based on role and skills.
- To supervise employees and assisting with tasks as necessary.
- To conduct performance reviews and sharing feedback with both upper management and team members.
✅ What we’re looking for
- Experience leading small teams
- Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools
- Experience of working in IT Operations / SRE
- Experience working as a L1 (or higher) Support Technician
- High level of English and Spanish as you will communicate fluently in both languages.
- Availability for the 3x2 hybrid format in Santo Amaro/SP
- Availability to work from 7:30pm to 4:30am

- Tools: AWS, Dynatrace, Elastic Kibana
- Ticketing tools: Service Now, Jira, etc
- ITIL certification or ITSM best practices knowledge
