📌 What you’ll do

• Visual and Verbal Communication (between executives, middle management, team leaders, and PagoNxt Payments Hub’s customers);
• Program and Project Tracking (evolution (%), due date expectancy management, dependencies, and risk mapping, and pending actions follow-ups (with minute records and due formalization);
• Connection and Execution between teams (unblocking critical points on the program / project critical path, addressing actions to the teams, and assuring they were executed or their status).

You will be the owner of the PIX Technical Program, with the responsibility for ensuring good coherence, control, predictability, and visibility with many different audiences, from Tech Leads to Executives (C-level).

 

✅ What we’re looking for

• Either Program or Project management experience (being comfortable with preparing and presenting C-level meetings) – 3 years minimal experience;
• Proven experience in IT Program / Project end-to-end lead;
• Strong Jira experience in Project management – all Program / Project is managed on there;
• Stakeholders, Risk management and Change Management good experience;
• Agile SCRUM strong experience;
• Good PMBOK experience;
• Good IT experience;
• Good experience with performance indicators (due dates, OKRs, KPIs).
• Fluent in English; Proficiency in Spanish is desirable.

✅What can earn you extra points

• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, and Cloud certifications;
• MBA / Graduation Degree in Project Management;
• Previous experience in IT Delivery / Architecture / Network areas;
• ITIL knowledge;
• Previous experience as a PMO;
• PIX technical knowledge.
