Business Development Manager - LATAM

Oxford

Oxford Royale Academy was founded in 2004, with a vision to offer young people a broader and richer learning experience, and to drive their success in paths that they may not even have considered. Since then, ORA has welcomed more than 50,000 students from over 175 nations and has become a three-time winner of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise, and a five-time winner of the BETA Award for best educational product.

Driven by a firm belief that education is about much more than a formal classroom, we offer young people unparalleled cultural and learning experiences, giving them a window to a world of opportunity. We have built an outstanding, talented team who all share our vision to inspire young people to reach their potential. Over many years, our approach has been proven to motivate young people to achieve more than they ever believed possible.

In 2027 we will be entering a new chapter in our development by creating an EFL division of our business and launching English Language programmes at prestigious boarding schools. This will allow us to tap into new markets as well as enabling us to take a greater volume of bookings from our existing partners. It will also create a pathway for students with lower levels of English to our academic programmes, helping drive up overall student numbers across the business through repeat business. Operating on attractive boarding school sites will allow us to make our prices competitive with other providers,  meaning we can bring our renowned high-quality provision to a wider audience. This new direction is being driven from the very top of our organisation, and will receive the resources needed to make it a success.

We are seeking a driven individual who would like to be part of this exciting new venture from the ground up and help us shape the future at Oxford Royale. We have locations secured, courses ready and are well underway with the production of marketing materials for 2027 (although it’s not too late for you to contribute ideas too). Now we are seeking the right team to take it to market.

If you have a track record in EFL summer course sales, there’s never been a better time to join our passionate, dedicated and experienced team. You will receive all the backing and support you need to make this project a success, work with realistic sales targets, and be properly rewarded for your success.
