Job Description

We are looking to recruit a confident, self-driven Admissions Sales Executive to support sales and customer service for our prestigious summer schools held at world-renowned universities and boarding schools. Each year, we welcome students from over 175 countries to our junior, teen, and adult summer programmes.
 
The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving student recruitment and enrolment in Oxford Royale’s world-class summer programmes. This role requires a proactive and results-driven approach to sales, with a focus on building relationships with prospective students and parents from around the globe. The Admissions Sales Executive will be responsible for responding to leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales to meet enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective students and their families through inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chat, and social media
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and families, providing personalised advice on programme offerings and the enrolment process
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to enrolment
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall organisational sales goals
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and promotional activities
  • Stay up to date with market trends in the international education sector and monitor competitor offerings
  • Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales process, addressing concerns promptly and professionally
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Person specification:

  • Proven experience in a sales role with demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage international stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and sales pipelines simultaneously
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales automation tools
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
  • Good understanding of the education sector, particularly international education and summer programmes
  • Professional, confident, and enthusiastic approach to sales and customer service
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience (desirable)
  • Experience working with international clients or in a multicultural environment (desirable)

Position Details

  • Hours: 40 hours a week, on a rota basis. This will include evening and weekend work
  • Salary: £30,000 depending on experience
  • Role: Fixed-term
  • Location: Remote 
  • Holiday Entitlement: 32 days of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays
