Senior Director, Agency Development

About the opportunity 

The US Agency Development Sr. Director is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with our largest US agency clients. This role will own the Teads/Agency Operating Company relationship at the most senior level and is tasked with accelerating Teads US revenue, understanding the core goals and needs of our agency partners, increasing Teads adoption and increasing penetration of net new logos within their agency. Candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced in operating at all levels of matrixed organizations, strategic thinkers with the ability to earn the trust of partners internally and externally. Candidates must make data-driven decisions, have the ability to innovate and trailblaze, exceed US holding company targets, while prioritizing and delivering memorable experiences to Teads’ media agency partners. You will be accountable for strategic partnerships, education and ideation directly with our media agency clients to influence opportunities within the US.

 

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute a customer-led strategy for growth for an Operating Company at a US level
  • Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy to C-Level
  • Develop commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth across traded, managed and programmatic solutions
  • Lead education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of agency-wide events
  • Identify opportunities for agency collaboration and new product co-development
    Collaborate with Teads Enterprise sales teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships offered by Teads current and roadmap solutions.

 

What will you bring to the team?

  • Your skills and experiences:
    • 7+ years of B2B sales experience
    • Experience building new client relationships & strengthening existing client relationships
    • Track record of success in sales role
    • Experience delivering results and generating transformational growth
    • Experience successfully engaging and negotiating at C-Level within agencies and agency groups
    • Prior experience in agency development or business development at a major media company
  • Bonus points:
    • Experience working with Fortune 500 advertisers, agencies, and clients
    • Experience in 3P measurement studies (brand lift, attention measurement, foot traffic, sales lift)
    • Excellent presentation skills

The pay range for this position is USD $250,000 to $375,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads’ total rewards package.
