About the opportunity
Teads is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and customer-centric Customer Success Manager to join our growing Direct Response team in the U.S.
This person will oversee the success of clients’ advertising campaigns by managing client relationships with direct response advertisers, performance marketers, affiliates, and search arbitrage experts, analyze campaign results, deliver optimization recommendations for positive-ROI, and identify/pitch upsell opportunities. They will learn to build relationships and establish clear lines of communication with clients, partners and internal team members.
The ideal candidate is analytical and an enthusiastic self-starter with a background in performance marketing KPIs, can identify opportunities for clients and quickly communicate them, respond to inbound requests, provide conversion optimization recommendations, and drive the best possible customer experience in a dynamic environment. As with all Teads positions, we're looking for someone who is resourceful, bright, proactive, a go-getter, works well independently and as part of a team, and who will be passionate about what they do.
What will you do?
- In your first month, you should find your bearings, begin to grasp the Teads products and start to build key internal and external relationships. You should feel comfortable navigating our internal systems and will start communicating with clients. After three months, you’ll be the day to day contact for your clients, helping them achieve their KPIs and developing data-driven optimization strategies. You will be recognized for campaign successes and own failures.
- When you finish up your first year, you’ll be an essential member of the Direct Response customer success team, substantially contributing to the largest team at Teads’ success by managing the daily workflow for your client accounts.
- Understand native or digital marketing best practices and articulate knowledge effectively
- Serve as a primary point of contact for direct-response clients looking for ROI-positive activity
- Manage client kickoff calls and onboarding processes for new partners to help educate them on our platform’s best practices and optimizations
- Review and consult regarding content & funnels, campaigns setup, management and optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-based insights to help clients with their strategy and optimization
- Manage and grow your own book of business by identifying opportunities and helping your clients achieve the best ROAS possible.
- Provide excellent communication via phone, email, video and direct contact

What will you bring to the team?
- 1-3 years of experience in online advertising or marketing, managing multiple clients’ campaigns
- Go-getter attitude: Hungry to interface with clients to achieve revenue goals through direct selling, upselling, and renewals.
- Analytical: Comfortable digging through data, manipulating it in excel, and drawing out impactful insights for your clients.
- Attention to detail: You’re very organized, with the ability to adjust priorities based on client needs
- An optimistic attitude: You have passion for your work, intellectual curiosity and ability to positively influence your peers.
- Self-starter: Able to work independently and as part of a team while balancing multiple tasks
- Possess the technical aptitude and desire to learn the intricacies of the Teads system and to leverage that problem-solving knowledge to help clients achieve their goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with 3rd party digital platforms such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Affiliate Networks, tracking tools, etc. is a plus
- Ability to work in the NYC office 3 days a week
- Minimal Travel

The salary range for this position is: $85,000 – $95,000 per year.
