About the opportunity
Teads is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and customer-centric Sales Manager to join our growing team.
You will learn to build relationships and establish clear lines of communication with prospects, clients and internal team members.
The ideal candidate is analytical and an enthusiastic self-starter who is ready to dive in, identify opportunities for clients, respond to inbound requests, and drive the best possible customer experience in a dynamic environment.As with all Teads positions, we’re looking for someone who is resourceful, bright, proactive, a go-getter, works well independently and as part of a team, and who will be passionate about what they do.
What will you do?
- Planning and implementing strategies to develop and acquire new clients
- Solution-based sales to solve clients’ issues
- Hearing about the client’s business and marketing issues
- Planning, proposal, and execution of native advertising strategies, KPIs, and analysis methods with an awareness of overall optimization
- Fixed-point observation of KPIs, analysis, and reporting of improvement measures (in collaboration with the customer success team
What will you bring to the team?
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Work experience in the advertising industry (regardless of years)
- Ability to manage and execute multi-tasking tasks
- Strong commitment to work
- Ability to find and solve problems
- Team player
