About the Role
We are looking for a driven, curious, and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and support global lead generation efforts across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
This role will be critical in scaling our outreach efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and feeding a high-quality pipeline to our regional sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads in North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through multi-channel outreach — email, LinkedIn, cold calls, etc.
- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and craft personalized outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and enablement teams
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, lead status, and outcomes in CRM
- Provide insights and feedback from outreach activities to refine ICPs and messaging.
- Be an early partner in scaling a newly launched global lead generation process — your voice will shape how we grow.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B tech, media, ad tech, or SaaS.
- Proven success generating leads in North America and EMEA.
- Familiarity with APAC markets is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with sales and prospecting tools (e.g.,Similarweb,Winmo,Media Radar, Adbeat, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Yesware, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working independently while aligning with a global team across time zones.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and metrics-driven.
- Prior experience working in an international or remote team setup is preferred.
