About the opportunity 

  • Teads is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Luxury vertical sales team. This role is focused on driving strategic growth across our portfolio of high-end luxury clients and their agencies. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your deep knowledge of the luxury landscape and refined go-to-market approach to elevate our clients' digital strategies and forge enduring partnerships. 

 

What will you do?

  • Identify, prospect, and close business with luxury brand marketers and their agencies, with a keen eye on elevating brand equity and performance in premium environments.
  • Craft and execute customized go-to-market strategies for luxury clients, aligning with their brand narratives, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • Serve as an internal and external expert on the nuances of the luxury consumer, competitive trends, and digital behaviors that define high-value audiences.
  • Build and nurture C-level and senior decision-maker relationships, providing white-glove service and strategic guidance throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Work in close partnership with Client Services, Creative Strategy, Ad Ops, and Sales Planning to deliver cohesive, high-touch campaigns.
  • Represent Teads at high-profile industry events, luxury forums, and with strategic partners, amplifying our leadership in the luxury advertising space.
  • Ensure flawless execution of campaigns with a strong focus on brand safety, aesthetic integrity, and measurable ROI.

What will you bring to the team?

  • 5–7+ years of digital media sales experience with at least 3+ years focused on luxury brands or high-net-worth clientele.
  • Proven track record of selling to premium advertisers with complex buying cycles.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury market dynamics and digital transformation trends.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the digital ecosystem including programmatic, CTV, and omnichannel campaign solutions.
  • Strong relationships with media agencies and luxury brand stakeholders.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with refined communication and presentation skills.Highly adaptable and driven in a fast-paced, high-touch sales environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • The pay range for this position is USD $250,0000 to $300,0000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads’ total rewards package.
