About the opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Partner Manager to focus on building and maintaining partnerships within the platforms and SSP ecosystem. This person will represent the business relationship with supply-side platform partners such as SSPs,mobile carriers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), App Developers, Push Notification and Newsletter partners.

What will you do?

The Partnership Manager is responsible for managing our post-sale relationships with its supply providers. This person will be in charge of building long-term relationships with our partners to help them achieve their goals through implementation, optimization, and new product adoption.

We’re looking for a tech-savvy individual who can properly navigate technical integrations, troubleshooting and optimizations for some of our largest platform customers:

As a Senior Partnership Manager, your mission will be to:

  • Onboard, manage and grow client relationships with our supply partners within the SSPs, OEM, App, Newsletter and Push notification space
  • Serve as the main point of contact for post-sales accounts, supporting the client on their daily needs and technical troubleshooting
  • Meet and consult regularly with clients to understand priorities, review performance, and share product updates
  • Oversee core technology integrations (including , oRTB, Header bidding,  JS, SDK and API), with support from technical operations and product, to ensure smooth and successful launches
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as product, engineering, technical operations, legal and finance to to build platform partner strategies
  • Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews for client executives to outline client strategy and identify possibilities to optimize performance through product updates or upsells/cross-sells
  • Forecast and track client performance metrics for both clients and for internal teams
  • Collect feedback from clients on product features, performance and adoption to escalate feedback to internal stakeholders

What will you bring to the team?

  • 5-7+ year’s experience working in programmatic account management or similar function
  • Programmatic advertising experience is required (e.g. at a publisher or SSP in account management, operations, or consultative sales) 
  • Comfortable upselling products to clients and handling contractual renewals/relationships
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to establish rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable understanding technical solutions and having the ability to distill that information to internal and external audiences with ease
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; manipulating large data sets and creating pivot tables/graphs
  • Self-motivated, persistent, curious and driven to succeed in the ad tech industry
  • Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Looker or Redash
  • Experience with, API, SDK and/or JavaScript integrations

The pay range for this position is $120.000-$150.000 including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads’ total rewards package.
