Partner Manager

Outbrain is seeking an energetic, customer and data-obsessed Partner Manager to support building, maintaining, and enhancing strong relationships with our existing partners in Israel. Together with experts from Business Development and Technical Operations you will support your clients businesses through revenue optimization, audience engagement, and product adoption of Outbrain technology.
The ideal candidate is a go-getter, client service focused who has prior experience with the EMEA market, analytical, data driven, and problems-solver, who works well independently as well as part of a team. This individual should use his/her skills and creatively tailor the right solution for each client with the objective of accelerating and growing key accounts.

A day in the life
- Management and growth dedicated publisher accounts
- Working on all operational and strategic aspects to ensure delivery and performance, including technical set up, monitoring, analysis, up selling and retention, to help clients and Outbrain reach their objectives
- Work closely with the business development team and oversee onboarding of new publisher supply and proactively find and execute optimization opportunities
- Work closely with R&D, Product and other internal teams on building processes to increase efficiency and scale
- Deep understanding of the Outbrain portfolio of products and knowing how to adjust each client with the right solution.
- Supporting Business Development for contract renewals and amendments
What you’ll bring
- A minimum of 2 years prior experience in the digital media/Ad tech industry, especially with managing clients in EMEA
- Excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to monitor, identify and present performance metrics.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew. Any additional language is a plus
- Ability to interpret data and trends to derive valuable insights and make recommendations
- Possess a technical aptitude and a desire to learn the intricacies of the Outbrain system and to leverage that knowledge to help clients with support issues
- Self‐motivated and Goal-driven individual, expert in time-management, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft/Google applications, especially Excel/ Google Sheets.
- Experience with Salesforce– Advantage
