What you will do
The Procurement function at Lighthouse is just getting started so’ll you have an unique opportunity to help build the foundational framework of Procurement in a high growth environment. You’ll get the opportunity to work with the biggest suppliers out there and work with leading technology providers to create win-win agreements while supporting our internal stakeholders.
Where you will have impact
- Procurement Process Management: Oversee the procurement intake process and co-develop the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including Purchase Order (PO) management.
- Contract Management: Ensure compliance with terms and conditions while maintaining an accurate vendor agreement repository.
- Renewal Management: Own the end-to-end renewal process for SaaS applications in collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Sourcing Management: Lead sourcing activities, including supplier identification, RFx creation, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Manage key supplier relationships, ensuring performance evaluations, contract compliance, and timely issue resolution.
- Operational Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to procurement processes and policies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Procurement Tech Ownership: Manage our Intake-to-Procure tool (ZIP) and enhance system efficiency, ensuring visibility and control of spend under management.
- Vendor Master Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor data across all procurement systems.
- Travel & Expense Management: Support the organization’s travel and expense programs by sourcing beneficial partnerships with suppliers in the travel industry (hotels, flights, car rentals, etc.).
About our team
You will join as the first addition to our Procurement team, reporting to the Procurement Director. This gives you the unique opportunity to help build and scale the function into a best-in-class operation. The Procurement team is part of our broader Strategic Finance team, led by the VP of Finance.

Who you are
- A first experience in tech or a high-growth environment is a plus, but your drive and attitude matter most.
- Familiarity with procurement and travel/expense tools like ZIP, Navan, Spendesk, or Netsuite is a strong advantage.
- Skilled at understanding stakeholder needs and managing expectations throughout the procurement process, providing an exceptional experience.
- Able to identify process gaps, propose improvements, and implement solutions aligned with overall strategy.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in procurement operations, contracts, and reporting.
- A collaborative team player who communicates openly across functions.
- Capable of thriving under pressure and delivering results on time.
- Adaptable and able to shift priorities in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Interest in or experience with SaaS procurement is preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
