We are atechnology company based in Dresden. With our analytics platform, Civitas Sentinel, we support police and security agencies in the structured analysis of complex datasets—a platform developed and operated entirely in Germany, with full traceability. Together with our sister company, Orcrist Technologies, we operate at the intersection of software development, analytics, and investigative support.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual to take on assistant and administrative duties as soon as possible.
You'll do
- Supporting management and the team in day-to-day operations
- Organizing and coordinating appointments, meetings, committee sessions, and events
- Preparing for and following up on meetings, including taking minutes and tracking decisions
- Coordinating consultation processes with internal and external partners
- Researching, compiling, and preparing information, documents, and presentations
- General office administration: correspondence, filing, procurement, liaising with service providers...
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field from a target university, such as WHU or similar.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (C1+)
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable — comfortable managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- A genuine interest in business strategy and growth topics; ability to understand and anticipate leadership needs.
- General Willingness to travel
Nice to‑haves
- Completed business or administrative training, a college degree (e.g., in political science, social sciences, public administration, or communication studies), or a comparable qualification
- Experience in administrative support, office management, or project organization is a plus
- A structured, independent, and reliable work style
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teamwork
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and digital work and collaboration tools
- Excellent German language skills; very good English language skills are desirable
- Absolute discretion and reliability when handling confidential information
