Orcrist builds the Orcrist Intelligence Platform (OIP), a secure, Kubernetes-native system that delivers compliant open-source intelligence to defense and public safety customers.

Role

Own the roadmap for OIP’s OSINT capabilities. You’ll align engineers, legal/compliance, and data partners to deliver scalable collection, governance, and analyst experiences.

What you'll do

• Define vision, OKRs, and release plans for OSINT collection, catalog, and alerting features.
• Run discovery with analysts, investigators, and compliance officers; translate insights into prioritized backlog.
• Coordinate cross-functional squads (engineering, data acquisition, legal) and manage stakeholder communications.
• Track metrics (coverage, freshness, compliance SLAs, user engagement) and report outcomes to leadership.
• Travel (~15–20%) for provider visits, customer workshops, and compliance reviews.

About You

• 5+ years product management for data platforms, OSINT/threat intelligence, or compliance-sensitive products.
• Comfortable working with legal/compliance, handling sensitive content, and documenting complex decisions.
• Strong analytics skills and experience operating in remote-first teams.
• Eligible to work in Germany; EU/NATO citizenship preferred.

• German language (B1+)
• Trust & safety background, or knowledge of EU media/OSINT regulations.
