What's on the menu?

As our new Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end design experience across Orbisk's products, from the dashboard and Orbi interface to key customer journey touchpoints. Working closely with our Product and Engineering teams, you'll help shape what we build and how we build it.

You'll balance discovery and delivery: conducting user interviews and usability tests with customers, translating insights into intuitive user experiences, and bringing ideas to life through wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces applying an AI-first approach. You'll also take ownership of our design system, ensuring consistency and quality as our products continue to evolve. 

Beyond designing great experiences, you'll advocate user-centered thinking across the organisation, helping teams make informed product decisions that create value for our customers and support our mission to reduce food waste globally.

The key ingredients for success

• You have 6+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing both user research and visual design expertise.
• You have experience designing data-rich SaaS products and can translate complex information into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• You actively use AI and modern design tools to enhance your workflow, and ideally have proven results using tools such as Figma MCP, Claude Design or other AI-powered design solutions.
• You are comfortable owning the end-to-end design process, from user research and concept development through to high-fidelity design and developer handoff.
• You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working closely with product managers and engineers in agile, sprint-based environments.
• Experience in a scale-up, international SaaS environment, or within hospitality, food tech, or sustainability-focused industries is a plus.

• €5,100 - €5,700 per month ex. holiday allowance (depending on knowledge and experience).
• 32-40 hour work week in a hybrid office setting, lunch included.
