We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO. This role is critical in ensuring that the CEO's personal and professional life runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and adaptable, with a strong ability to manage both personal and business-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Support:
  • Household Management: Coordinate household staff, maintenance schedules, and oversee personal projects.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and manage personal and family travel, including accommodations, itineraries, and reservations.
  • Personal Errands: Handle daily errands and personal tasks as needed.
  • Finance Management: Assist with managing personal finances, including bill payments, expense tracking, and liaising with financial advisors.
Business Support:
  • Schedule Management: Maintain and organize the CEO’s business calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences.
  • Email & Communication: Manage the CEO’s inbox, respond to emails, and handle communication on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure the CEO is well-prepared.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and book business travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.


Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Discretion: High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and scheduling software.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and changing priorities with grace and efficiency.
  • Flexibility - This is a part-time position (50%), with flexible working hours.
