We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Client Delivery, to lead the successful delivery of all client implementation projects for our marketing technology. This leader will oversee a team of Project Managers and work cross-functionally across our Professional Services organization to ensure that clients achieve measurable value from our solutions as quickly and effectively as possible.

The primary KPI for this role is Time to Value (TTV) — ensuring clients realize outcomes faster and maximize ROI from their investment. As the most senior point of escalation for customers, this leader will play a critical role in safeguarding client trust, resolving high-stakes challenges, and maintaining delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Delivery of All Projects: Oversee end-to-end implementation delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with accelerated value realization.
  • Optimize Time to Value: Drive strategies, processes, and best practices that shorten TTV across all client implementations.
  • Executive Client Escalation: Act as the highest-level escalation point for customers, ensuring critical issues are resolved quickly, transparently, and with a long-term relationship focus.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and customer-centric delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Professional Services teams (Consulting, Data, Solutions, Product, and Customer Success) to align delivery milestones with client goals and business impact.
  • Governance & Reporting: Establish project management standards, reporting structures, and dashboards that provide visibility into TTV, delivery performance, and risk management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven insights to refine project methodologies, streamline delivery, and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing managers.
  • Proven success in delivering complex SaaS or technology implementations at scale, with measurable impact on reducing Time to Value.
  • Executive-level client engagement experience, including managing escalations with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building, scaling, and coaching high-performing PM teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
  • Deep knowledge of project governance, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid), and tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).
  • Professional Services or client-facing delivery experience strongly preferred.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification a plus.
