We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Development Representative (MDR) to lead outreach efforts for our events, conferences, and tradeshows.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients at key marketing events - helping create meaningful connections and new opportunities for our sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who’s eager to launch a career in business development and marketing, working closely with experienced professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own all event-related outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) before and after key events.
  • Identify and engage potential new customers across key markets.
  • Book meetings with target prospects and follow up with leads post-event.
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing, Sales, and BDR teams to optimize audience targeting, event outreach strategies and follow-up.
  • Track and report event outreach performance and pipeline results.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and manage outreach workflows in HubSpot and Salesloft.

 

Requirements

  • Native English speaker.
  • 0–1 year of experience in marketing, sales development, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, organized, self-motivated, curious, and results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft) is a plus.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.
