- Providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Administering user accounts, permissions, and access controls across company systems
- Installing, configuring, and updating software applications and operating systems.
- Monitoring system performance and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime
- Assisting the DevOps teams with various projects
- Developing and maintaining IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and best practices
- Collaborating with internal teams to support IT-related projects and initiatives
- Staying up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to optimize IT operations

1-2 years of IT or Helpdesk experience in a tech environment -

Tech-savvy with a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues

Experience with Windows10/MacOS troubleshooting and desktop support, Active Directory, Office 365

Experience with Azure AD, Conditional Access, Intune

Familiarity with Firewalls, FortiGate, VPN-Cato

Basic security knowledge (GPO, RBAC)

Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online

PowerShell knowledge

IAM-Cloud
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
This will be a hybrid role, coming into the office 4x a week. The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
