We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who is excited to create clear, usable, and polished product experiences while developing strong product-design fundamentals in a collaborative environment.
About the Role
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with solid UX/UI fundamentals and a strong eye for visual quality. You will work closely with Product Managers, developers, QA, and the design team to turn product requirements into intuitive, functional, and implementation-ready interfaces.
This role focuses primarily on hands-on UX/UI design, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, prototypes, and design handoff. You will also contribute visual design and basic motion work when needed to support a cohesive and engaging product experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end UX/UI deliverables across product features, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes, and design handoff materials. (~70%)
- Collaborate with Product Managers and developers to clarify requirements, user scenarios, technical constraints, and implementation details.
- Extend and maintain existing design-system components, patterns, and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across features and platforms.
- Improve designs based on product requirements, user feedback, team reviews, and established priorities.
- Create polished visual UI for product content, campaigns, and key user-facing moments when needed. (~20%)
- Produce basic motion assets, interaction feedback, transitions, or prototypes to support the product experience. (~10%)
- Use AI-assisted design or creation tools appropriately to support exploration, asset creation, prototyping, or day-to-day design efficiency.
- Communicate design decisions clearly during team discussions and reviews, and revise work effectively based on feedback.
- Work with Test and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to identify and resolve design-related issues before release.
- Manage assigned tasks and timelines responsibly across concurrent initiatives, communicating early when priorities or scope need clarification.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or digital product design.
- A portfolio demonstrating real product-design work, from understanding requirements and mapping user flows to final UI and iteration.
- Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, and design handoff.
- Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, responsive UI, and common product states such as loading, empty, error, and success states.
- Experience working with Product Managers and developers in an iterative product-development environment.
- Strong attention to visual details, consistency, usability, and implementation quality.
- Comfortable participating in design reviews, explaining design choices, and incorporating constructive feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience designing for sports, gaming, entertainment, e-commerce, or other high-engagement consumer products.
- Visual design, illustration, brand extension, or campaign-page design experience.
- Familiarity with After Effects, Lottie, Rive, Premiere, or similar motion-design tools.
- Practical experience using AI tools for design exploration, image or video creation, UI variations, copy ideation, or prototyping.
- Experience working in an agile, cross-functional, or international team environment.
This is a hands-on UX/UI design role centered on execution quality, collaboration, and continuous learning. It is well suited to designers who want to deepen their UX/UI craft and product-delivery experience. People management, design operations, and ownership of product strategy are not core expectations of this role.
