  • Set up security measures to ensure sensitive client data complies with geo-restrictions, privacy policies, and security best practices.
  • Automate routine tasks and develop tools to improve system efficiency and save time.
  • Set up observability and monitoring tools that enable quick troubleshooting and root cause analysis, as well as incident response and alerting.
  • Conduct system performance tuning and troubleshooting, as well as capacity planning, to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
  • Lead an organization-wide effort to assess and implement a security framework such as ISO/IEC 27001.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead security and infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with cyber security compliance requirements and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001,
  • Experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins), containerization tools (e.g.,Docker, Kubernetes), infrastructure automation (OpenTofu), monitoring (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana), and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Golang).
  • Nice to have:
    • Expertise with cloud platforms and services (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure), knowledge of HPC tools (e.g., SLURM).
    • Experience with machine learning frameworks and deployment tools (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX).
  • Effective asynchronous communication skills, ability to work independently, and a growth mindset is a must!

What We Offer:

  • An opportunity to contribute meaningfully and positively to the climate transition.
  • Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a dynamic work environment.
  • Flexible working hours, fully remote organization, and friendly and welcoming environment.
