Your tasks

  • Office ownership in Munich: You take full responsibility for our Munich office, ensuring a professional, structured and representative day-to-day office environment – from workspaces and meeting rooms to infrastructure and service providers.
  • Workplace & service management: You continuously develop our office management and create a work environment that drives productivity, employee satisfaction and employer branding.
  • Cost management & efficiency: You manage office-related costs, create transparency and optimize procurement processes and resource allocation.
  • IT-related office topics: You coordinate hardware, IT-related topics as well as structured onboarding and offboarding processes in close collaboration with HR and IT.
  • Cross-location collaboration: You work closely with other locations and help establish consistent office and service standards.
  • Processes & organization: You structure, document and optimize office processes while actively driving further development.

Your profile

  • Experience: Several years of experience in hospitality, office or workplace management – ideally with responsibility for a location.
  • Service orientation & presence: You have a professional demeanor and a strong service mindset when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organization & structure: You work in a structured way, set clear priorities and keep track of multiple topics simultaneously.
  • Ownership & working style: You take responsibility, work independently and find pragmatic solutions.
  • Tech & tool affinity: You are confident using digital tools and interested in technical office-related topics.
  • Languages: Very good German and good English skills.

 

Further information

Ideally part-time with 30 hours per week.
